St. Gregory Barbarigo School is thrilled to bring back its hot lunch program this year and even more thrilled to expand it for the 2024-2025 school year! This program relies on our dedicated volunteers to keep it going. Our volunteers arrive at 10:45 am to get set up, serve lunch to the students, then do a quick clean of the area before leaving at around 12:30 pm. Every lunch spot you are able to fill means a lot, so even if you are limited to only jumping in a couple of times, it's greatly appreciated by so many. And as an added bonus, seeing the smiling faces at lunch is such a great feeling! Below you will find the links to sign up for lunch service.

Because we will be working in the school and directly with the children, each volunteer is required to fill out the attached form and take the ADNY Safer Spaces Training online. The training can be found here - https://archny.org/ministries-and-offices/child-protection/online-training/ . Fill out the form and send it to the school prior to beginning the online training. After finishing the online component, send the certificate to the school office also.  Many of you have already done this in years past for SGBS and if that's the case you don't need to repeat it. If you took the training at another ADNY school or program (Scouts or CYO) you'll need to repeat it for SGBS.
