A great event for families in the school. Each grade sets up an activity booth for the kids to play at. Families are charged a small fee to attend, booths are decorated and parents of the grade are asked to volunteer to “run” the booth at specific time intervals. There is music, food (usually 8th grade bake sale), pumpkin themed events, and fun for the family. Usually lasts from 9-12 (set up/take down from 7-1) Volunteers are asked to help with set up/takedown.
Families will be invited to watch a movie outside on the lawn (weather permitting) or in GYM . All are encouraged to bring blankets and beach chairs. Volunteers will be asked to help serve refreshments.
Held in the school parking lot. Students are invited with families to dress in costumes, decorate the trunk of their cars, and provide treats for children to trick or treat around. Activities and fun can be expected. Volunteers needed for parking lot set up, activities, and contest participation. Usually runs for an hour and a half.
This year it will be open after early dismissal on Friday, November 1st at 11:00 am for more excitement and traffic. Volunteers will be asked to man the fair, assist with sales, and help to set up by reading level.
Held in the school Gym. Students and their families are invited for some good old fashioned Bingo fun!! Volunteers can help with set up, selling tickets and raffles at the door, and replenishing refreshments throughout the evening.
Parents and volunteers help to set up the feast in the school gym for the ENTIRE SCHOOL. It is a catered event that the HSA sponsors. Students and faculty are served by the volunteers, we help them carry their food, and kick off the start of the Holiday Season. Parents who volunteer are then welcomed to enjoy the feast.
This is a fun event where the students come in with a list of family members to purchase Christmas Gifts for. Volunteers will be needed to help set up and unpack the shop, assist the students in budgeting and choices, as well as help with collection of money and change. Takes place during school hours.
This is a fun family filled Saturday morning. Families are invited to attend for a small fee. Full hot breakfast is served, Santa arrives, gifts for the kids, crafts, raffles, and a very fun, social time is had by all. Volunteers are needed for set up, gift wrapping, table placement, craft stations, food replenishment, photo station, raffle sales, check in and clean up. Runs from 9-12 with early arrival and night before for certain areas. A ton of different committees for this event- all hands needed!
This is a special night for the girls in the school to enjoy. Girls dress in their fanciest dress and enjoy dancing, photos, raffles, and a feast with their special guy. Volunteers are needed to set up during the day, check in the guests, assist with the food serving, sell the raffles, and clean up. Runs 7-10 with early and late needs for set up and take down.
The 8th grade students get glammed up and parade down a runway. This year it will be held at Terrace on the Hudson. Parents and guests are invited to attend a cocktail hour with raffles and prizes to bid on, followed by a sit down dinner and dessert. Volunteers are needed for solicitation of raffle prizes throughout the community, packaging and set up of raffles, ticket sales, table arrangements, centerpieces, and help with organizing the 8th graders.
The event runs from 7-11 but assistance is needed from November right until the night of with different areas of the event. OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER here at the school, and a night to not be missed!

An adult evening of fun! Irish music, food, and drink are served. Volunteers are needed to help setup and take down the event the day of.
Held at HI TOR lanes. A fun day for the mom’s to enjoy the company of their sons while bowling and socializing. Pizza and goodies are served, music, and raffles to be enjoyed by all. Volunteers are needed to help ticket sales, check in, raffles, lane placement, and snack replenishment.

Held in the school parking lot. The last family event of our very fun school year! Students and families come out to enjoy a BBQ feast with music, games and enjoyment for all. Volunteers needed to set up, BBQ food, man the food stations, and clean up afterwards. Runs during school hours.
Volunteers needed to take new potential families through the school Answering questions and explaining how wonderful a facility we have and how great it would be to have them join our school family.
Families can purchase gently used uniform items. Volunteers are asked to set up and run the shop, collect money from purchases, maintain inventory.
