St. Gregory Barbarigo School is pleased to announce the uniform updates for the 2023-2024 school year based on consultations with the uniform company, the staff and students of SGB.
Flynn and O'Hara, the Catholic School uniform company, has finalized changes/updates for the student uniforms for 2023-2024 based on input from staff and students throughout this year. Below is a complete update on the changes made to the SGB uniforms for next year (2023-2024).
The company will no longer offer items that will be replaced or updated.
SGB will respectfully work with families who need a gradual transition of new uniform items to help ease any financial hardship or burden throughout the 2023-2024 school year.
New updates include:
1. NEW: Red polo dress for PreK - 3rd grade girls (optional choice)
2. NEW: Charcoal zip up sweater for boys (all grades) worn with white polo underneath.
3. NEW: Wrap around skirt (same plaid) for girls - old skirts are similar and can continue to be worn.
4. NEW: All students' gray gym uniform sweatpants with "St. Gregory" down the side.
5. NEW: All students' black gym shorts
6. NEW: Boys long sleeved polo (replacing white turtleneck) - can be worn instead of short sleeve polo.
6. Old items updated with SGB Logo.
Items discontinued:
1. Red sweatpants for gym.
2. White turtlenecks for boys.
3. Red sweaters and red vests for boys.

Our Kindergarten class is academically oriented with creative and interactive activities. The teachers direct the children to learn the basic ground rules of "work". The three major learning area are Language (Phonics), Mathematics and Practical Life skills including manners, proper greetings and respect. Eventually, the children become more independent in completing the tasks set before them.
